About ALDI
ALDI is one of the largest grocery retailers in the world, operating more than 2,300 stores across the United States and backed by a network of regional distribution centers that keep every one of those stores stocked. ALDI built its reputation on a lean, no-frills operating model — a smaller assortment, efficient shelf-ready packaging, and a distribution network engineered to move product from dock to store shelf with minimal waste and minimal delay. That same lean philosophy shapes life inside our warehouses: smaller, more capable teams, real cross-training instead of narrow one-task roles, and wages built to attract and keep the best warehouse talent in the region.
What Our Team Says (Employee Reviews)
"Food safety in a building this size depends on sanitation being done right, every shift, no shortcuts. It is steady, structured work with a genuinely fair wage." - Current Warehouse Sanitation Associate, Greer, SC.
